内容简介：众所周知，通过氧化磷酸化产生ATP线粒体在细胞能量代谢中起着重要作用。本讲座将重点介绍线粒体在细胞信号传导，细胞增殖，调控细胞凋亡方面的作用以及线粒体功能缺陷与一系列疾病，包括糖尿病，神经退化性疾病，肿瘤和衰老的相关性。
