摘   要:

We consider Wick ordered solutions to the planar stochastic heat equation, corresponding to a Skorokhod interpretation in the Duhamel integral representation of the equation. We prove that the fluctuations far from the center are given by the stochastic heat equation. This talk is based on a joint work with Jeremy Quastel and Balint Virag.

报告人简介:

Alejandro Ramírez joined NYU Shanghai on January 1, 2023, when he was appointed Professor of Mathematics. On January 31, 2023, he was also appointed Area Head of Mathematics. Currently Ramírez also holds an appointment as Full Professor at the Universidad Católica de Chile (on leave). At the beginning of his career he held positions at École Polytechnique, Palaiseau, and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. His research is centered in topics within probability theory. In particular, random walks, interacting particle systems and KPZ universality.
