报告摘要:
Biological inspiration provides the basis for many aspects of robotics. Research on biologically inspired intelligence has made significant progress in both understanding biological systems and developing bionic engineering applications to information acquisition, multi-sensor fusion, data processing, and control and cooperation for various robotic systems. In this talk, I will start with a very brief introduction to several biological systems and their inspiration for various intelligent autonomous robotic systems, such as fish, dog, snake, insects and humans. After that, I will focus on several examples of our current research on bio-inspired intelligent approaches with applications to diversified autonomous robotic systems, such as real-time motion planning, navigation, control and cooperation of autonomous mobile, aerial, and underwater robotic systems; and intelligent robotic e-nose systems with applications.
